Elise and I made caramel this afternoon, and spooned some over pecans to have a panful of turtles. I intended to drizzle chocolate over the top, but it wasn't quite runny enough. Who knew that adding cream would turn it into sculpey-like clay?? Gah. Well, I'm pretty sure that they will still taste fine. Stay tuned.
