Our camera is in the shop awaiting repair estimation, but we have four other devices in the house capable of taking a picture. So squint a bit, and you can tell it's us (and look--Albin is smiling!). The pretzels are rising in the oven, the water is about to boil, and after a quick dip, we can salt and cook them. Yummm! I love our New Year's day tradition.
This is the last day of Karl's at-home vacation. I finished his bag (maybe some pictures will be forthcoming later), and now we are all lounging about the house. We played Rummy, and there may be another tournament later...after our pretzel supper. It's been really nice to be together without a lot to do. We should try that more often.
