Halloween Violin Pumpkin Time

Elise went to the annual Suzuki Strings of Madison concert at the state capitol. As usual, lots of violins...lots of costumes. Was a nice morning. PS - she's a dragon, NOT an alligator.

We did pumpkins this year. Much less expensive since we paid by the "each" instead of by the "pound" like we did last year. Anyway...they gutted `em...

And decorated the front of our house. Elise was really excited to stretch the spider stuff all over! Pumpkins looked great.

AFTER Halloween...we just can't STAND throwing out all that good food. So we cooked up both of those LARGE pumpkins. Five large pots full.

And Laurie bagged `em and put all 19 bags into the freezer. Pumpkin bread for the next year!!

Close ups of the costumes. Albin borrowed mine - he didn't end up wearing it very much. (That's supposed to be a platter of spider webs...and yeah he's a waiter...and that makes him a webserver...)

And Elise was a fierce dragon.

And took a movie of Albin's pumpkin disassembly process!

Elise ended up zawzing her own to pieces, too, but no movie of that one.
